Yoga is a beautiful way to explore the body and mind. Regular practice brings strength and awareness to the body and improves both physical and mental wellbeing. Practicing yoga, we learn to reconnect with ourselves, creating harmony, health and balance.

Classes are tailored around specific needs. Full adjustments are given to ensure correct alignment allowing students to explore their full potential in a posture.
