Religious Weddings Requirements:
Certified Copies of both birth certificates
Letter from religious house of worship that certifies both guests have never been married
If divorced/widow-ed, proof of annulment/death certificate
Three copies of passport
Three passport size photographs
If under age, a letter from parents/court stating consent to marry

Affidavit certifying that neither party has been married before
If divorced/widow-ed, proof of annulment/death certificate
Letter of intent to get married, signed by both parties - address will be provided by the hotel
